At SWDirect we aim to have the most reliable IT Support. Should an issue arise, we endeavour to be with you as soon as possible. Once on-site, our engineers will diagnose and propose a fix. In most cases, we are able to remedy the problem straight away. However, in the more complicated matters the failed machinery will be taken away for parts or further investigation.
Most issues in this digital age can be remedied by remote support. We provide a free software client that allows us to take control of a machine or network. At this point we are able to search around for pieces of evidence that can lead us to the problem. Once located, our engineers will attempt the fix remotely or inform you of the problem with an explanation of how to fix said issue.
At SWDirect we have built and developed our own ticketing system. This allows our clients to submit an issue to our helpdesk. We aim to have a four hour response to all queries and will inform you of which IT support method would be most appropriate for the issue you’ve provided.
